Every plate in the Valeria's Music Room collection is a one-of-a-kind vintage object. Because no two are identical, we cannot offer standard returns or exchanges.

If your plate arrives damaged Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to find the best solution.

If your plate isn't quite the right match We understand that vintage pieces can look different in person. Get in touch — we'll do our best to find you a better match from our current inventory.

All sales are final on undamaged items.
